About CareLedger
CareLedger is an organizational tool for keeping dependent-care expenses, supporting documents, recorded claims, and reimbursements together. CareLedger does not determine tax or benefit eligibility, submit claims, provide tax or legal advice, guarantee reimbursement, or replace guidance from your employer, plan administrator, tax professional, or legal adviser.
Your records
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for confirming deadlines, requirements, eligibility rules, and reimbursement decisions with the appropriate plan administrator or professional.
CareLedger Pro
CareLedger may offer optional CareLedger Pro auto-renewable subscriptions. Available plans, prices, billing periods, and included features are shown in the app before purchase.
Subscriptions are processed by Apple through your Apple Account and automatically renew unless cancelled according to Apple’s subscription terms and account settings.
Subscription pricing may vary by country or region and is displayed by Apple in the app before purchase.
Managing or cancelling a subscription
You can manage or cancel an Apple App Store subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect according to Apple’s applicable subscription terms.
Availability and changes
We may improve, modify, or discontinue features over time. We will not intentionally alter or delete your locally stored CareLedger records merely because a CareLedger Pro subscription expires.

CareLedger is provided for personal organization and informational purposes only. It is not tax, legal, financial, benefits, payroll, or professional advice.
No guarantee of reimbursement or acceptance
Using CareLedger does not guarantee that an expense is eligible, that a claim will be accepted, or that any reimbursement will be issued.

Purchases and subscriptions made through the App Store are also subject to Apple’s applicable terms and policies.
