Privacy Policy

ExtraWorth is provided by Derrick Rhodes (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains how ExtraWorth handles information when you use the app.

Information you may store

ExtraWorth lets you enter job and pay information, work schedules, deduction assumptions, commute time, work-related costs, personal goals, shift history, and custom adjustment labels or values. Saved worked-shift records may preserve detailed snapshots of the pay rules, deductions, costs, and assumptions used for an estimate.

Local processing and storage

Your ExtraWorth records and calculations are processed and stored locally on your device. ExtraWorth does not use a developer-operated account, backend, analytics service, advertising service, tracking service, or CloudKit synchronization service to receive those records.

Purchases

If a Pro purchase is offered, ExtraWorth uses Apple's StoreKit to offer or restore it. Apple processes the transaction and related Apple Account and payment information under Apple's policies. We do not receive your full payment-card details. StoreKit network communication is separate from the local work and pay records you enter.

Developer collection, sale, and sharing

We do not collect the job, pay, deduction, cost, goal, or history information you enter into ExtraWorth. We do not sell, rent, or share that information with third parties because the app does not send it to us.

Device backups

The app's local database is not proven to be excluded from OS-managed device backup. Device backup and restore behavior is controlled by your operating system, device settings, and services you choose—not by an ExtraWorth developer server.

Your choices and deletion

You can edit or delete records using the app's controls. Removing the app may remove locally stored information, subject to your device's backup and restore behavior. Keep independent records when you need to compare an estimate with actual payroll or retain information for another purpose.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when ExtraWorth's practices change. An updated policy will be posted with a revised effective date.
